  • Kneading and preparing clay

  • Techniques for shaping: hand-building, coiling, pinching

  • Demonstration by facilitator

  • Participants create their own pottery pieces (cup, bowl, vase, etc.)

  • Guided step-by-step shaping and designing

  • Trainer assistance and feedback

  • Smoothing, texturing, and decorating techniques

  • Reflection on the parallels between pottery and teamwork (patience, persistence, creativity)

  • Group showcase and photo session
